Cancellation Policy

Bookings, cancellations and Refunds o Online payment for classes must be at time of booking. o Cancellations later than 24 hours prior to class start time cannot be refunded or credited. Like other businesses, there has been a huge financial impact due to covid and this policy is in place to protect the future of the Lotus Loft. I know there are many reasons for cancelling and some are unavoidable but unless I am able to find someone to take your place you will be charged for late cancellations. o If you have a class pass and cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pack. o Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time will receive a credit towards a future class or if you paid online and require a refund, contact me directly to arrange this. If you have a class pass, a class will be added back on to your pass. o Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014) you are entitled to cancel an unused purchase and contract within 14 days from the date of purchase for which you will receive a full refund. Should you have used your class pass within the 14 days cooling off period a partial refund will be provided. o Class passes must be used within the expiry date provided when you make the initial purchase. Waiting Lists o Wix will soon make a waiting list available when using desktop, at the moment you can only place yourself on a waiting list through the Wix Spaces App, if you don't use the app, email me so I can do it for you! When a space becomes available in class, the first student on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email the student a notification. Students must opt-in to receive these notifications when registering on the website. o The student will need to confirm they wish to attend by replying to the notification email to guarantee their space. If a confirmation is not received prior to the start of class the studio cannot guarantee the availability of the space. o Once the space has been confirmed, our booking terms apply. Class cancellations or replacement teachers o I rarely cancel classes and only under exceptional circumstances will this happen, I will notify you as soon as possible. I will always endeavour to find a replacement teacher if I am unable to attend. Thank you for your patience and understanding, Jax
