Bookings, cancellations and Refunds Online payment for classes must be at time of booking. Cancellations later than 24 hours prior to class start time cannot be refunded or credited. Like other businesses, there has been a huge financial impact due to covid and the current financial climate and this policy is in place to protect the future of the Lotus Loft. I know there are many reasons for cancelling and some are unavoidable but unless I am able to find someone to take your place you will be charged for late cancellations. If you have a class pass and cancel a class with less than 24 hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pack. Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time will receive a credit towards a future class or if you paid online and require a refund, contact me directly to arrange this. If you have a class pass, a class will be added back on to your pass.
